What is the annual convention?

At the MWFPA Annual Convention you get the invaluable opportunity to view technology demonstrations, speak with dozens of vendors, and get your questions answered in the context of a fun, friendly and first-class environment – all under one roof! Visit with industry leaders and colleagues regarding innovation and regulatory updates. Stay abreast of the changes in the current and coming year. Reconnect with friends and forge those new relationships that drive your business forward.

Where and when will it be held?

The convention is held at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells. It begins November 30, and ends December 2nd.

What is the cost to attend?

The member rate for the full show is $190 or $120 for one day (Wed or Thurs).

The non-member rate is $480 for the full show or $280 for one day (Wed Thurs).

What is included in the attendee cost?

The cost includes access to keynote addresses and all convention breakout sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and reception appetizers, as well as valuable networking opportunities.

Can I cancel my registration?

For convention attendees, cancellations received in writing at least 15 days prior to the conference will be eligible for a full refund. Registrants who fail to notify MWFPA of cancellation in advance forfeit fees paid. A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received after November 15th. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

Can I register at the convention or do I need to pre-register?

You can register on-site as well as in advance.

When will registration open at the convention?

Registration takes place at the Africa East Registration Counter, 9:30 pm-4:00 pm on November 30th.

Will WIFI be available?

Yes, free WiFi is available.

What menu is planned for the convention?

Full breakfast and lunch buffets are served both Wednesday and Thursday. Heavy appetizers served at both receptions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Business casual attire is recommended.

Are there special hotel rates/room blocks available?

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Kalahari at a discounted rate of $125. The discount is available until October 30, 2021.
