It has been has learned that IL Gov. Pritzker plans to issue a “shelter in place” order this afternoon for the State of Illinois, likely to begin at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 21 and last through Tuesday, April 7.
MWFPA will monitor this situation in order to determine the impact on manufacturers. Business and manufacturing representative have been working with the Governor and his team for several days in an effort to deem manufacturing, supply chains, and distribution as essential.
